Destiny broke records when it was released in 2014. It had a $500 million launch day. Such is the pedigree of developers Bungie, fans flocked to their local video game shops to get their hands on the shared-world shooter.
Now, we have a beta for the sequel. Our first look at Destiny 2. To get your hands on the beta today, you have to have pre-ordered the game, and be a PS4 user. If that’s you, great. Visit the Bungie website for instructions, you will have access to the beta from 6pm one the 18th.
If you pre-ordered the game but you’re an Xbox One user, you will have access to the beta from 6pm on the 19th. If you haven’t pre-ordered, you will have access to the beta from 6pm on the 21st. Get the energy drinks in because it’s only live until the 24th. According to Bungie, the PC version of the beta is likely to have an august release date.
